Lydia Klentrou

I’m a commercial and strategy leader with experience scaling businesses across media, telecoms, health, and purpose-driven organisations.

Before founding LYKL Consulting, I spent over a decade working within high-growth and complex organisations including Vodafone, DAZN, Samsung, the NHS and national charities. My career has focused on helping businesses move from ambiguity to clarity — whether that’s launching new products, unlocking revenue growth, improving partnerships, or turning strategy into execution.

I’ve led initiatives across multiple international markets, managed senior stakeholders, and worked at the intersection of commercial strategy, partnerships, and operations. Highlights include scaling a startup from £500k to £3m in revenue, supporting an early-stage company to raise £500k in its first funding round, and delivering growth strategies within matrixed, fast-moving environments.

Lykl Consulting was founded to support founders and leadership teams who need practical, commercial thinking — not theoretical frameworks. I work hands-on with clients to define clear strategies, identify growth opportunities, and build partnerships that actually deliver results.

Alongside my commercial background, I hold a degree in Molecular Genetics from King’s College London, which shapes my analytical approach and my interest in health, wellness, and evidence-led decision making.
